  1. Heat oil and butter in a pan.
  2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  4. Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  6. Add cubed paneer and cook for a few minutes.
  7. Add cream and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
